Congratulations on your pregnancy!

A Prenatal Massage is beneficial for the mother and the baby to come. During a prenatal massage session, the client is laying on their side with pillow cushions, which are used to support the spine and increase comfort for mommy-to-be. Mother and baby both can get stressed during points in the pregnancy cycle. With massage, tension and many anxieties are encouraged to decrease. This leaves mommy-to-be and baby feeling balanced and less tense. The feet, lower back, neck and more will be treated in a prenatal massage session, which can  also help to reduce swelling and other discomforts.
