MASSAGE THERAPEUTICS, LLC
CANCELLATIONS/NO-CALL, NO SHOW
If appointments are not cancelled within 24hrs, or if there is a no-call, no-show. Individuals will be charged an inconvenience fee of $15 for 40 min session, $20 for 60 min session, $25 for 75 min or if a T.L.C session is booked; half the session cost. Until paid, no other services can be booked in person or through the online booking system.
(1.) I am adamant about the intake and outtake process, due to that I am a little in depth per client and can take about 5 minutes to listen to your wellness concerns and questions before and after your massage session. It is recommended that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in-office. SOAP Notes will be taken, which is a brief write up/mark-up body assessment (i.e Pain of 5 out of 10 in lower back today; your session goals etc.). You are also required to complete client paperwork before your session, in which I will use in your initial intake process. This process allows me to better understand your wellness needs and be well prepared for your session.
(2.) There is a COVID-19 waiver that will need to be signed before your initial session.
(3.) There is a requirement to provide a debit or credit card when booking appointments. This guarantees your appointment session date/time, and also lets me know that you are a serious booker. If you need to re-book, you must through the booking system. Massage Therapeutics will no longer reschedule client appointments (through the therapist) because a debit/credit card needs to be on file for no-show protection. Your card information needs to be inputted every time an appointment is booked even when rescheduling.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD TO BOOK
A debit or credit card is required to book any service online. This process guarantees your appointment session date/time and also lets me know that you are serious scheduler. If a card is removed or added that does not have available funds, in attempt to avoid the cancellation fee, you will be banned from making any further massage session appointments and your name will be sent to massage facility partners in the area, as a red flag client.

The good news is, there is no cap on how many people you refer and how much you earn each month!
